Dr. Kristina Schramm
Dr. Kristina Schramm was born and raised in Spokane, Washington and has a background in biological sciences, as well as experience as a hairstylist. Her love of learning and educating, left her wanting a career that focused on finding, fixing and preventing the problems that were keeping people from living life full out. She was introduced to Chiropractic, and found exactly what she was looking for.
After becoming a patient herself, during an emotionally difficult time, she then realized just how powerful the Chiropractic adjustment is in connecting the body and mind. She moved to the Bay Area, California to attend Life Chiropractic College West, where she learned how to best take care of patients and consistently point them in a positive direction. She spent many years making people look and feel beautiful on the outside as a hairstylist, and now, through Chiropractic, she gets to focus on how innately beautiful everyone is on the inside.
Through Chiropractic care, she found confidence and authenticity in herself both physically and mentally, and it is her goal to help others achieve this as well. She graduated with high honors, both academically and clinically and truly believes she has entered the best profession on the planet, at a pivotal time in history. She believes the time is now to take your personal health into your own hands and work with the power that both made and heals your body. She strongly believes that good spinal health with a sound structure is the ticket to good health.
As a child…
Dr. Kristina grew up doing gymnastics at a competitive level, as well as dance and cheer and it was a big part of her life. If she had known what she now knows about Chiropractic and how to better take care of the body, spine and nervous system, she would have received Chiropractic care at young age to help with balance, coordination and performance. It is her passion to make sure that young athletes and children have the opportunity to excel in anything they desire, which is why she is currently pursuing a Diplomate in Pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and most of all, her little Chihuahua-Pug named Audrie. She loves being outdoors cycling and camping, or on the water jet skiing and boating. She loves living in the Pacific Northwest again and is consistently looking for new adventures in life and personal growth.
